Shan Tuyet Moc Chau Tea

Mua hàng trên:

Among the frosty hillsides of the Moc Chau plateau, the Shan Tuyet tea tree is not only a crop — but the soul of the land. With an altitude of 900 to 1,050 m above sea level, with an average climate of only about 18.5°C and mineral-rich basalt red soil — All of those factors help the Shan snow tea tree in Moc Chau grow well, accumulate a characteristic aroma, the content of soluble substances in tea buds is higher than other types of Shan snow tea grown elsewhere.

Shan Tuyet tea has buds covered with a layer of white silver fluff, when mixed with golden water, the aroma and deep sweetness. Moc Chau people still keep the method of picking tea manually, star with cast iron pans – preserving the traditional taste that has existed for decades.

In 2010, the Department of Intellectual Property issued a certificate of geographical indication “Moc Chau” for Shan Tuyet tea products, the Ministry of Science and Technology registered the origin, noting the name of origin of Shan Tuyet Moc Chau tea as a national property, protected indefinitely throughout the territory of Vietnam. This has created a brand advantage and raised the purchase price of farmers by about 15–20%.

A Shan Tuyet teapot is not just a drink, but a story about the diligence, delicacy and heart of tea makers, crystallized between clouds, sun and wind and highland land.
