Moc Chau Clean Agricultural Products Cooperative

Moc Chau Clean Agricultural Cooperative was established in 2018 in Pa Khen Sub-district, Moc Chau Farm Town, Moc Chau district, Son La province (old), operating with the goal of developing a clean and safe fruit tree model.

With a planting area of more than 30 hectares and many tree areas built with area codes, the Cooperative applies production standards such as VietGAP standards, using microbial fertilizers, biological pesticides and hail protection systems to respond to climate change.

The cooperative has been granted a certificate of conformity to the process of “Good agricultural production practices for cultivation” (TCVN 11892-1:2017) from the certification unit FAO Certification and Testing Joint Stock Company for products such as plums, avocados, crisp persimmons, oranges, strawberries, vegetables of all kinds. Thanks to the close association with members, the cooperative not only improves the quality of products but also improves the lives of local people through increasingly stable work.

When coming to Moc Chau Clean Agricultural Cooperative, visitors have the opportunity to visit the large orchard where plum, orange and crisp persimmons grow on the Moc Chau plateau and witness the production process according to clean standards, from seed selection to collection and preservation, bringing a direct experience of ecological agriculture.
